The Health Quality & Safety Commission Board is seeking new members for the Perioperative Mortality Review Committee. There are up to two vacancies available.

The Perioperative Mortality Review Committee is a mortality review committee established under Section 59e of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000. The Committee is required to review and report on perioperative mortality as directed by the Commission Board, for the purpose of improving quality and safety and saving lives.
