Health Quality & Safety Commission | Shared health information seminars
The National Health IT Board is raising awareness around the sharing of health care information. This is part of the eHealth vision that New Zealanders and their treatment providers will have electronic access to a core set of personal health information by the end of 2014.
A series of community seminars is being held to get the public's feedback on future changes in sharing health information.
The four public seminars coming up are in:
- New Plymouth, 24 July
- Invercargill, 2 August
- Auckland, 8 August
- Nelson, 30 August
Further seminars will be held in other regions. Details will be available on these seminars over the next few months at www.health.govt.nz/sharedhealthinfo
They would like to see as many people as possible attend the public seminars to ensure a good discussion of the issues around shared health information. If you’d like to attend, please contact Robyn on 0800 444 330, or email health@conferenceworks.co.nz
