The Commission has received a positive response to its request for feedback on the summary of its ‘Partners in Care' framework.

The Partners in Care framework, which looks at ways of increasing consumer engagement, was released for comment in June this year. We specifically asked for comments and suggestions about where we are best able to add value in the areas of health literacy, consumer participation and leadership capability for providers and consumers.

The majority of the respondents were very encouraged by the approach and gave constructive feedback which we are now acting upon.

The Commission would like to thank everyone who responded.
