The Health Quality & Safety Commission works with clinicians and providers of health services to improve the quality and safety of health and disability services. Our programmes include medication safety, infection prevention and control, reportable events, consumer engagement and participation, measurement and evaluation, and mortality review.
To participate in discussions hosted on the Commission site, post a comment or add your details to the directory, you must register for the site and create a user name and password for signing in. You will need a valid email address to confirm your registration. Please only register once.
