Working together for better and safer care

A conference is bringing health care professionals together to discuss new ideas around the role of health care in today’s changing environment.  The aim is to work together to build a seamless health care experience for providers, payors and patients.

The conference is being organised by the Institute for Health Care Improvement (IHI) and Ko Awatea.

Attendees will learn to recognize and implement the habits that support patient-centred care and develop an understanding of how to transform an organization.
