Sponsorship for consumers and providers to attend the 2013 APAC Forum

Sponsorship applications for APAC are now closed.


The Commission has available a number of sponsorships to the two-day 2013 APAC Forum on Quality Improvement in Healthcare, from 26 - 27 September 2013 in Auckland.

Applications are welcomed from all staff, consumers and consumer representatives or advocates in the New Zealand health and disability sector.   

Places are restricted and successful applicants will need to describe their interest and involvement in improvement in quality and safety and/or consumer engagement and participation within the health and disability sector.

You will also need to provide information about why your application should be supported.  

Please note the sponsorship is available for full and part registration fees only and does not include travel or accommodation.  

Important dates:

Sponsorship submission opens:                                          Friday 5 July 2013  

Sponsorship submission closes:                                         Friday 2 August 2013    

Notification of sponsorship awards to applicants:                  Friday 9 August 2013

Applicant confirmation of use of sponsorship:                       Friday 16 August 2013

Note: Successful applicants must complete registration to the APAC Forum by 23 August 2013.
