The Commission seeks proposals from providers to project manage the development of indicators to measure patient experience. This includes the definition of the data set required in order to populate these indicators.
The overall aim is for the chosen provider to identify, develop and project manage the processes to draft, consult on and finalise measures of patient experience (including a definition of the requisite data collection).
