The Health Quality & Safety Commission has held the first of its quality forums in Auckland and Christchurch, as well as a workshop for senior health leaders.
Beverley Johnson, who is the Chief Executive and President of the Board of the Institute of Patient and Family Centered Care in the United States, was a keynote speaker at the forums and workshop. The Commission brought her to New Zealand to share her extensive experiences of working with hospitals and health organisations in the United States to improve consumer involvement and leadership.
The powerpoint presentations she delivered at the forums and workshop are attached here for your information. Any queries, please contact Gillian Bohm at the Health Quality & Safety Commission, on email@example.com
