Counties Manukau Health paper on patient experience week

9 Dec 2015 | Partners in Care

Counties Manukau Health patient experience week is a week dedicated to patient experiences.

Stories, film sessions, presentations, practical events and sharing are just some of the activities, which were showcased during patient experience week in March 2015.

Alongside colleagues from Auckland and Waitemata district health boards, Counties Manukau held a a week dedicated to focusing on achievements, raising awareness, and creating and sharing new learning across the Auckland region.

A white paper has been published which chronicles the event at Counties Manukau Health and showcases regional collaborations.

Counties Manukau is proud of all of the activities, particularly those which people have said they really connected with. These were the empathy zone (page 11), case studies (page 17), students and consumers sharing stories and practising listening, the grand round (page 28), youth mental health stories (page 32) and learning about how Air New Zealand focuses on consumer experience (page 40).

Take a look and let them know what you connected with!
