The 4th World Congress on Integrated Care: Investing in our Future: Improving the Health of People and Communities is taking place in Wellington from 23–25 November 2016. The congress, run by the International Foundation for Integrated Care, is being held in partnership with General Practice New Zealand, the Health Quality & Safety Commission and the Ministry of Health.
The Commission is delighted to be able to offer a limited number of free registrations for consumers, patients and their family/whānau.
If you are involved in the support and representation of consumers in the health sector and are interested in attending the congress, please contact Diane Aaltonen email@example.com by 25 July 2016. Your application should state your involvement in consumer engagement and outline why you think it would beneficial for you to attend.
Acceptance for free registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
