Sponsorship available for attendance at patient- and family-centred care workshop

 “Patient- and Family-Centred Care: Partnerships for Improving the Patient Experience, Safety, and Quality”

The Commission has a number of sponsorships available for attendance at this one-day workshop on patient- and family-centred care presented by Beverley Johnson and Bruce Arrol. The workshop is part of the 2012 APAC Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care – this year’s key quality and safety conference in the Asia Pacific region. 

Applications are welcomed from consumers, consumer representatives /advocates, family/whānau and carers.

Places are restricted and successful applicants will need to describe their interest and involvement in consumer engagement and participation within the health and disability sector. You will also need to provide information about why your application should be supported.  

Please note the sponsorship is available for registration fees only and does not include travel or accommodation.
