Hawke's Bay DHB (Ward A4)

The Hawke's Bay DHB's April Falls Theme was "Move to Improve". Pictured here are Alison Olsen (Clinical Nurse Manager and leader for falls minimisation) and Falls Champion Rochelle Bloxham (Registered Nurse). Rochelle themed the quality board around Move to Improve and has had much interest not only from patients and staff but also their families and whanau. The t-shirts were arranged for DHB staff championing falls minimisation work by Quality Advisor Barb Ryan, brightening up the hospital!HBDHB Ward A4 HBDHB montage
