The Health Quality & Safety Commission is seeking expressions of interest for a consumer representative position on our safe surgery improvement programme advisory group.
The consumer representative will have well-established networks and the ability to consult widely. Full day, face-to-face meetings are held quarterly in Wellington.
Candidates must complete the expression of interest form and email it to the contact below by Wednesday 14 October 2015. All candidates will be notified of the outcome of their expression of interest within one week of the closing date. Short-listed candidates will be then be offered a telephone interview and the successful candidates will be notified within a week of the interview date.
