The Choosing Wisely campaign seeks to reduce harm from unnecessary and low-value tests and treatment.

Below you will find links to the Commission’s hand hygiene promotional posters, leaflets and signs. Please feel free to use these within your organisation. For additional hand hygiene promotional resources you may wish to visit the World Health Organization and Hand Hygiene Australia websites.

You will also find two patient stories that highlight the importance of good hand hygiene.
