  • Maternal Morbidity Working Group
    The Perinatal and Maternal Mortality Review Committee established the Maternal Morbidity Working Group to investigate maternal morbidity.
  • Recommendations for a sustainable severe acute maternal morbidity audit
    The term-limited Maternal Morbidity Expert Advisory Group of the Commission provided advice on a sustainable approach for bringing the Severe Acute Maternal Morbidity (SAMM) to the Commission in the context of its existing work programmes in this topic area. The group’s report will guide planning of this initiative.

  • AMOSS Working Group
    The Australasian Maternity Outcomes Surveillance System (AMOSS) is a surveillance system designed to study a variety of rare or serious conditions in pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal phase. The AMOSS Working Group of the Perinatal and Maternal Mortality Review Committee provides oversight and review of the AMOSS process being implemented in New Zealand.
