The Adverse events quarterly dashboard provides a quarterly summary of the key figures for harm (adverse) event reporting for Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora.
The Adverse events provider dashboard is accessible by providers to see a more detailled breakdown of their harm (adverse) events. Typically, this is only available to providers with large numbers of events.
