Who these programmes are for

Improving together: Advisors

This education programme is for those working in the health and disability sector whose substantive role includes quality improvement activities across their organisation. They may lead quality improvement projects, support them as an improvement advisor or provide coaching and support to others leading quality improvement projects or initiatives in their organisation.

Improving together: Facilitators

This education programme is for those working in the health and disability sector who are interested in learning how to improve health care delivery at a practical level and who can lead a small project in their workplace with support from their organisation.

How the programmes are delivered

Both programmes involve a blend of in-person workshops and online sessions delivered via Zoom. There is a significant amount of self-directed learning, course work and project work, representing a commitment of up to approximately 400 hours for advisors and 210 hours for facilitators over the duration of their programmes.
