The Code of expectations for health entities engagement with consumers and whānau is changing.

From September until November we’ll be engaging with health entities and consumer networks across the country to develop a new Code.

The code of expectations for health entities’ engagement with consumers and whānau (the code) sets the expectations for how health entities must work with consumers, whānau and communities in the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of health services.

The revised code of expectations will be available in a variety of formats.
