Changes to hand hygiene compliance reporting – a new dashboard

Infection prevention and control
23 November 2023

Te Tāhū Hauora Health Quality & Safety Commission reports on hand hygiene compliance as part of its Hand Hygiene New Zealand programme, in which all districts and 23 private surgical hospitals participate.

From 22 November 2023, national hand hygiene compliance reports will be replaced by an electronic hand hygiene dashboard that will be updated after each audit period.

The dashboard makes it easier to review and compare local data. View it here: reports.hqsc.govt.nz/content/b1b3f7ee-94df-42d6-a522-9b905def01dc.
