Free eCALD cultural competency courses

The eCALD® education programme offers courses that provide insights, cultural understanding, approaches and practical skills to the health workforce working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) patients or clients from Asian, Middle Eastern, African and Latin American cultural backgrounds.

The courses aim to enhance cross-cultural interactions. Training options include self-paced e-learning, remote face-to-face facilitated by an educator via Zoom and in-person delivery.

All courses are free of charge for the health workforce across the motu. Please visit the eCALD website to find out more.
