Refreshed guidelines for the application of specify brand advice (SBA) for medicines within electronic systems.
The National Medication Safety Advisory Group supported and accepted the recommendation to amend rule 7 of Specify Brand Advice (SBA), to remove dry powder inhalers from the SBA list, in July 2023.
