Commission attends practice managers conference

Primary care
08 October 2019

Representatives from the Health Quality & Safety Commission profiled a range of our primary care-related work at the Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand (PMAANZ) conference in September.

We supported Janine Rider from Gonville Health to present her team’s Whakakotahi quality improvement project on improving the patient enrollment process in their busy practice.

For more information please see Janine’s presentation and Gonville Health’s Whakakotahi story.

The conference was a great opportunity to share our work with the primary care sector, network and update delegates on a range of topics including consumer engagement, advance care planning and Whakakotahi.
