Primary care patient experience survey: Final privacy impact assessment

This document addresses the impact that the primary care patient experience survey (PES) and reporting may have on individual privacy.

It identifies where the potential areas of risk may be for breaches of privacy and outline strategies to mitigate risk. It also shows stakeholders that due diligence has been carried out to assess and minimise potential areas of risk along with compliance with the information privacy principles (IPP).
