Adult primary care patient experience survey — summary report for practices

24 Sep 2025

This document is an anonymised version of a report provided to general practices summarising their adult primary care patient experience survey results. The report was developed to give meaningful, actionable information from the survey for practices. The report includes data for the year up to (and including) the February 2025 survey period.

As well as highlighting opportunities for improvement, the report data provide an opportunity for practices to compare their results against national and district findings, to acknowledge staff for what is working well, and to listen and respond to the areas where patients would like improvements made.

The reports were automatically generated using Quarto.

We plan to produce these reports annually, as a supplement to the regular quarterly results available on the Secure online portal for participating health providers.

If you are a practice and haven’t received a report, please email survey@hqsc.govt.nz
