User feedback
Our goal is to make it easier for you to find the information you need.
To help us get this right, we’re inviting users to share their experiences of the site. Your feedback will play an important role in shaping the improvements we make.
Ways you can participate
You can take part in one of these activities, or multiple if you prefer.
Card sorting task (approximately 10 minutes)
This task involves grouping topics into categories that make sense to you. Your choices will help us to create menus that are easier to navigate.
Complete the card sorting task
Tree test (approximately 5 minutes)
You’ll complete a series of “find this information” tasks using a simplified version of our website structure. This shows us how intuitive our navigation is before and after we redesign it.
The first tree test closed 13 March. There will be a second tree test that focusses on the proposed changes taking place in April.
