Flyers promoting the patient experience survey now available

A4 flyers promoting the patient experience survey are available as PDFs in English, te reo Māori, Samoan and Tongan languages, on the Health Quality & Safety Commission’s website.

The flyers have been through a pretesting process – with thanks to Compass Health, Porirua Union & Community Health Service, Hora Te Pai Health Services in Paraparaumu and Parkside Medical Centre in Timaru.

Practices are encouraged to hand the flyers out from reception on the week the survey is underway.
