Te Tāhū Hauora Health Quality & Safety Commission works with clinicians and providers of health services to improve the quality and safety of health and disability services. Our programmes include medication safety, infection prevention and control, reportable events, consumer engagement and participation, measurement and evaluation, and mortality review.
