The information in these documents will help you answer questions from patients about the adult hospital patient experience surveys (inpatient and outpatient) and the adult primary care patient experience survey.
Patients sometimes have questions when they are asked to provide an email address so they can be invited to take part in the survey or when they receive their survey invitation, so it is good for staff to be prepared.
