Patient Safety Week 2019 evaluation

Patient Safety Week was an awareness-raising week held on 3–9 November 2019.

It was coordinated by the Commission, in partnership with the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) and PHARMAC. We were fortunate to be well supported by a skilled ideas group that included representatives from most areas of the sector.

This year’s Patient Safety Week theme was understanding bias in health care.
