QSMs April – June 2022

The national quality and safety marker (QSM) report moved to a dashboard format in December 2020. We have created a guide to help people use and understand the QSM dashboard and its features, see the link below.

Note: due to a technical error, noted December 2022, outcome measure data for some districts and New Zealand overall was incorrect for 2020 and 2021. This error affects the outcome measures for the patient deterioration QSM. This error has now been resolved and the graphs have been updated in the QSM report July-September 2022. However, the graphs will not be updated in the reports below.
