Evaluation report: Test of the national paediatric early warning system implementation

This document outlines an evaluation of the early implementation of the national paediatric early warning system (PEWS).
The purpose of the evaluation was to understand:
- any clinical utility issues with the paediatric vital signs charts and the paediatric early warning score
- any issues or challenges with the PEWS implementation
- how the paediatric early warning score affects early recognition of and response to an unwell child's deterioration.
