In April 2026 we hosted a webinar to provide a practical introduction to consumer engagement. We unpacked what it is and why it matters for our health system.
We explored what good practice and engagement looks like through Tāpiri Mai.
Tāpiri Mai is a project co-designed with communities on Matakana and Mōtītī Islands to overcome geographic and systemic barriers to health care.
Consumers, whānau, communities attended from across the country, along with representatives from health entities and providers.
