Level 1A workshop material
All of the information you need to organise an L1A training is in the ACP L1A workshop training administration guide (477KB, pdf).
You will need to print copies of the following documents, which you can find in the 'workshop documents' section below.

Please note the following:
- When accessing the Gladys and Bob videos, you will be asked for a password: ACP
- embedding Bob and Gladys videos into the slideshow is not recommended, because the large file size often causes the slideshow to crash or fail to load. Keri’s video is smaller and may be embedded. If the slideshow with Keri’s video embedded causes problems, we suggest using the slideshow without the video embedded, and opening the video separately when you wish to play it.

Level 1A workshop administration
Please use this Excel spreadsheet to capture the details of attendees. We suggest you do this ahead of the workshop so that you can print the sign-in sheet, that is automatically generated in the final tab, for the workshop.
After each workshop please send the following to the Commission:
- Excel spreadsheet with workshop and attendee information (75KB, xltx)
- Completed pre and post-course confidence questionnaires
- Completed evaluations
- Completed sign-in sheet

Please note that certificates cannot be provided to trainees for whom we don’t get these documents.
